Now you don’t have to waste time checking emails physically, Mailbell will do it for you. Once, installed it will sit in the system tray and check messages from your POP3, IMAP4, MAPI and Web-Email accounts. It will notify you when you receive any new messages.
If you receive a new message, the program will automatically start your mail reader; play a sound and/or display to signify the arrival. You can also customize the program any way you like. If you want to be notified about different emails in a different way, you can do it. For example, you can have it suppress a sound for spam mail and play a different sound for regular email. This program will display all the available messages in the system tray icon and these messages also come with pleasant sound files.
Mailbell displays a list of all the messages received. You can decide before hand whether you want to read the message or just delete it. This will help you save a lot of time and will also protect your computer. Let convenience take over your daily activities.

Do you like to waste your time? I’m sure you don’t. Your time costs very much, as I suppose. So… Ain’t it simpler to do as many things as it’s only possible simultaneously, than to do them one after another? I’m sure you’ll appreciate the program, which could save your time and bring you some extravagant pleasure – the pleasure of being the fastest.
MailBell - that’s the name of a program, which will check all your mailboxes automatically. It will alert you, if you have something new to look through, or say nothing, in case if you have nothing to read. It’s very convenient to set the parameters and then to use it. You’ll have to set them only once, but then read the instructions to avoid problems: everything, what can seem be simple to an experienced user, could be very hard for a beginner. Its interface is extremely simple, its functions are really genius (I mean the way it works). As for me, I was really glad to avoid usual procedure of checking my mail manually. You can choose the proper alert and the proper action for every event inside your mailbox. MailBell is an outstanding program, but don’t think it’s ideal. Though I can see no disadvantages at all.
